Buenas, gracias a @mustang_ssc he vuelto a probar a hacer el root desde el recovery Philz y mirando las opciones he visto una donde puedes guardar el log así que lo adjunto aquí por si alguien puede ayudar a saber que puede estar pasando, el problema es que no tiene acceso a ciertas rutas....
