Kindly note that regrding the Wi Fi, you only set it on/off and connect it to a specific network but not allows you to change the IP manually.
Unfortunatelly you can not save/make copy of your folders from your Windows Trophy on the PC or on another device.
Regarding the Outlook, please go to start>settings>email & accounts>add an account>outlook.
Regarding navigation software, please seacrh in Windows Market Place for a compatible one.
