Upgrade instructions (from previous versions of THIS ROM only!) (thanks ragin!)
0. Always have a backup of your apps/data (Titanium Backup/MyBackup)
1. Download the updated ROM from post #2, and put it on your sdcard.
2. Boot into CWM recovery, note down the lagfix and tweak options you have applied. (no need to disable lagfix or tweak)
3. Choose install zip from sdcard in CWM, and browse to the downloaded zip file, and apply it.
4. Choose reboot phone.
5. When the phone boots, you will be presented with a menu. Choose "start recovery" in that menu.
6. Now that you're in CWM, just apply the SAME lagfix and tweak options you had noted down in step 2.
7. Now again select reboot phone. That's it! You have successfully upgraded! Please note that the first boot will take some time, as this is a deodexed ROM. Also, you might have to reapply your widgets.
