al final parece que se ha solucionado con el post que está en la rom de Miui:
Solución a los que no os funciona el GPS:
Entrar y buscar Spain lo descargais y cone el ES file Explorer lo meteis en /system/etc/ le dais a sobreescribir.
Teneis de tener Es file Explorer en explorer root, le dais a boton menu y se desplegara a la izquierda un menu si bajais pone explorer Root y le dais a ON.
Con esto he logrado que funcione el GPS ya que veo que todos los que venimos de la ROM X-Note como yo no nos funciona.
Las APK del Playstore estas os ayudaran para ver si funciona: GPSFIX , GPS TEST.
En esterior funciona casi perfecto en interior no funciona.
Sino quereis hacer todo esto hay una APK en el Playstore que se llama FasterGPS que hace esto te modifica el archivo gps.conf , solo teneis que poner Europa y Spain y lo modifica el solo.

► Put it on your sdcard
► Open up your root EXPLORER
► Copy the file
► Go to /system/etc
► Mount system as R/W
► Paste the file, and overwrite it with the old one.
► Now change it's permissions to rw-r--r-- by holding on it, and clicking permissions
► Change both owners to 0-root
Yo he instalado el programa que lo hace solo (FASTERGPS) y parece que esta solucionado, esta noche trabajando lo pruebo de todas maneras.
