Nada...después de leer y leer, solo queda pensar "que me ha tocada lo china" con la de DHD de Vodafone..
He hecho el post 2 cuatro mil veces con difrentes roms, la oficial:

al final siempre lo mismo:
aunque en el paso
"fastboot oem lock (se reiniciara el telf, comprobar que teneis la depuracion usb activada)"
siempre da este error:

al repetir le proceso dice:

o sea que lo doy por bueno...
luego me encuentro en diferentes ocasiones que:
"adb reboot booloader"
no funciona y lo tengo que hacer con los botones, supongo que no es importante...
(que miedo da cuando no arranca y se tiene que quitar la bateria..)
En definitiva que todo parece ok, pero llegamos al punto final... y ooohh sorpresa!! ni s-off ni simunlock..
