New 4.4.3 Dialer addition

Having tried whatever is possible to add the 4.4.3 dialer to CM11 or similar ROMS, the only way I found that works was to add the dialer to the existing dialer and not touching Teleservices(phone.apk) - means you will have two dialers and one can be hidden - this red themed dialer has a red icon so it is easy to spot in your app drawer.

Given that the standard 4.4.3 dialer is IMHO very very unsighlty, I have modded and added a themed dialer -> based on my FireChili theme that uses the red Nexus5 color.

Install the flashable zip via TWRP or other recoveries.If later on this mod is not wanted, simply delete GoogleDialer.apk in System/priv-app
