*Big update to Intelligent Thermal control! now it's can go up to 80C
and still be stable. but default set to 75C
*Enabled NET WESTWOOD + HTCP + BIC + CUBIC congestion controls
default is set as CUBIC as was in all older kernels.

*Updated All CPU Govs with fixed code in functions + a lot of tuning.

So thanks to all DEVS for sharing there ideas for free
and helped me to build new version.
As far as i know ONLY D802 + F320* supporting the KNOCK CODE!
So there is no point to build kernel with KNOCK CODE in touch screen!
it's not working any way, as ROM dont use kernel interface to activate it.
Use the NO KNOCK code build for models without official ROM support.
