Fastboot kernel from the rom zip
Press power button when Device vibrates to enter CWM recovery
Format system,data and cache
Flash the Zip
Reboot

Updating From Previous Version
Download the ROM zip from OTA apps or from given links
Reboot to recovery [Press power button when Device vibrates to enter CWM recovery]
Wipe cache and dalvik cache
Flash the ZIP
