he seguido los pasos pero no he logrado nada. Cuento mi caso. Vengo de una 2.2, actualicé a la 1.5 de Orange con el ejecutable oficial y, por tanto, perdí recovey y root. Una vez arrancado en 1.5, me saltó automáticamente la actualización a la 2.1 oficial de Orange.
He seguido los pasos de tu tutorial y cuando intento ejecutar el runindos.bat la consola me muestra:

Your phone will now reboot into normal mode, then reboot into recovery mode. If it does not reboot the second time, wait 10 minutes and manually reboot and begin again.

runindos.bat como al
flash_image. ¿Alguna idea?ç
