no puedo rootearlo, me dice esto cuando intento rootearlo

este es el fallo no me deja rootearlo, ya realice los pasos k me dijo max, aparte tengo una duda xk en el kies me dice k tengo la vercion: NC1 y cuando uso *#1234# me dice k tengo la vercion MB2, ahi algun problema con eso?, por cierto yaa realice todo lo que me dijo max y aun asi no me deja rootearlo
