En la carpeta donde descomprimes la imagen donde tienes el flash-all, pega lo que contenga la carpeta platform-tools del sdk de android (contiene archivo fastboot.exe etc...) y así ya te dejara ejecutarlo.
Y el movil si no lo ves pues intentalo a ciegas.

De esa manera me ha salido los comandos. Pongo todo el tocho que me ha salido en cmd.
