Since China New Year holiday is coming, so DHL now have around 2 days delay again.
So after our shipping, DHL update in around 2 working days directly from kongkong.
And these days, many customers doubt if their goods sent after we sent it. I think we will now update shipping list anymore, this cause many doubt to our shipping and take much unneeded work and unpleasant communication, we will only update shipped list later.
For DHL, even there is no delay, for normal shipping time we sent by Hongkong DHL, we send product to Kongkong first, and then handle to Hongkong DHL, and then it will be online directly from hongkong, but as soon as we sent from our company, we already have tracking NO., and usually 1 working day for hongkong DHL to update online and further info, and every DHL first massage is : "shipping info received" in 12-24 hours after we sent, . and customers always doubt we did not sent with this info, if we not send, there is not possible have this info, and also, if not sent, why we tell customer it was sent and caused us more trouble, we wish you can explain customers about this, all parcels the same. if we updated tracking NO, that is surely shipped, and online DHL in hongkong needs wait 1-2 working days.
