3, Customers opened dispute, and not escalated dispute

a, For situation 1 and 2, if customers still like to keep the earphone and agree to receive the earphone, then we can refund customers 5 USD as compensation, that means customers pay 9.99 USD for the earphone.

b, if customers to no like to keep the earphone, and like to buy anything else from spemall., then we will offer 10 USD discount. if this is ok for them, then we will send the coupon code for these customers, the coupon code is eaphonecompensate:. and they can use this to buy any product on our website. including the 2ed generation earphone. Pls choose the shipping method which have tracking No. , and this is this coupon code for compensation for the customers who beared the false 1st generation earphone only.

c, For the customers who received the earphone, if customers do not like keep the earphone, then they can find a cheap shipping way to send back, then we will refund the full value too.

d, For customers who did not receive the earphone, If no need 10 USD discount, then customer reject to receive and let the parcel return automatically, then no shipping cost from customers, then we issue full refund too.
