Parche para el fallo de brillo automatico:
brigthness settings fix & boot.img
El fix se flashea desde el Recovery y es el siguiente:

La opcion adicional obligatoria es bajarse el fichero boot.img desde aqui:

POST-EDIT: el fichero boot.img ES ERRONEO porque corresponde a la version CM10.1.3.4

Utilizar las RKDevelopTools v1.35 y ahora viene lo importante:
DESMARCAR TODAS las opciones y dejar marcado solo la particion "boot" indicando el lugar donde se ha guardado el nuevo "boot.img"
Finalmente pulsar "Run".
NOTA: NO "Clear" y NO "EraseIDB"
