I have to say for the group, now we are very confused who from which group.
some customers one while say they are your group, and say Ivan group has 1 USD tax free policy, then later say he is from Ivan group.
And ivan says, if customer pay 1 USD tax free, then it is from his group, but most of people pay the 1 USD for tax free
