Attention: bcmdhd and newbl only!
Okay, found some more free minutes today and managed to finish build 27.
It's an experimenal build, do not flash it if you expect a fully stable phone.
It comes with kk 3.1 alpha 15 by @
pengus77, which finally ditched the behated bcm4329 driver.
This is incompatible with the old kk. As there won't be oldbl kernels while it's in alpha stage you can not use this ROM on the oldbl.
You should always keep the kernel up2date, so flash each bcmdhd kernel pengus posts.
Currently known bug with the kernel: double power button press required to turn on the screen
Then this comes with the long awaited option to disable Halo.
Additionally I've added a QuickSettings Tile to toggle it. (Thanks @ CarbonROM)
By using that you won't have to use the statusbar integration at all anymore!
Note: I've disabled if by default - when you're using Halo you need to enable it at Settings - TheROM settings - Halo
(or add the QS Tile and enable it from there)

I do not know if tethering works with bcmdhd, yet - feedback required
- re-enabled wifi optimizations by default (they were incompatible with bcm4329, so i had disabled them)
in case you notice any problems (which you shouldn't) go to settings - wifi - advanced and untick it.
This build should bring the required ROM support for the bcmdhd kernel and should be compatible to future releases, so pengus can fully focus on further improving the kernel.
As always: Clean CM10.2 build is coming a bit later once I see some positive feedback (I do not want to spread feedback over two threads).
