Hi Carbon, I cannot confirm if it give full root access on locked bootloader, however I am now on locked BL (relocked using Flashtool). And it's working as per, well, usual.
As mentioned in OP, I am not a dev nor am I fully aware on how partial root access will be like. At the moment, if you're referring to something like - locked BL not able to install Dual Recovery, it probably is as I'm not able to install any recovery at the moment. Troubleshooting with NUT and with unlocked BL (will update tomorrow on this, it's bed time.)
Edit : Chances are it's partial. Will look into this matter tomorrow. More updates to come tomorrow.
Pues según el autor del post, no puede confirmar, que en locked bootloaders haya un acceso root completo, pero si para unlocked.

Lo del root completo se refiere a que NO se puede escribir en la carpeta /system mientras el teléfono está encendido por el servicio RIC de Sony. No sé muy bien qué es (estoy en ello) pero es algo del kernel que precisamente evita esto. Si necesitas escribir algo en la capeta /system tienes que flashearlo a través del recovery.
