I've solved the problem with missing IMEI this way:
Start SUS -> select phone etc. till it shows you to connect your phone in flashmode -> connect phone in flashmode -> do a repair/factory reset -> when finished, flash an .534 .ftf File (withouth wiping DATA) -> root -> update via OTA to .257
