Weno, el señor haciendo calceta en taiwan me ha contestado. Os traslado su mensaje:

I am sorry but we can not help you with your demands , you will have to speak to teleservice and ask why they have stated this and what there proof is and if you still believe it is wrong then you must get your self a lawyer to help you to your rights. But i must state that if they have said it is not a warranty issue then they are most proberly right, so please ask them for the exact reason for there decision." Señor HTC dixit.
Bueno, pos que ajo y agua. Hablare con el abogado del curro pa ver si nos merece la pena poner denuncia o no, porque a lo mejor ocmpensa mas arreglarla o dejarla de sujetapapeles. En fin. Ya os contare.
