Si si, ya conocí a Arvarto con mi HOX(que me devolvieron con la carcasa rajada), pero leí por aquí que los que tenian el problema de la cámara los estaban mandando fuera y por eso en el parte de reparación solo aparecia una actualización de software aunque hubiesen cambiado medio movil.
Una pregunta, el correo de devolucion os vino en inglés remitido por htc uk? Me ha extrañado un poco.
Concretamente, te pone esto:
