Installation guide for Newbies.
1.Download DrKetan's Custom ROM (see at end of this post)and copy downloaded file to Sd card (Preferable Int SD)
2.You needs CWM. I recommend Philz recovery. (If you don't know how to get it, look my signature for MultiTool and read post#1 for detail guide about how to flash CWM)
3.Reboot device to recovery (Vol up+Home+power)
4 - from recovery Select wipe data and in next menu select second option (wipe for flashing new rom)
5.Select intall zip and select file you have copied.
6.This will start Aroma, and after agreement and index you will find main Menu, You have to select Proceed with ROM flasher and MultiTool(see image below)
Just below this there is a tool, Aroma file manager. You can use this tool when you are unable to boot device and want to move files. No need to use it in ROM flashing.
7.Now main utility will start and you will see below mentione screen
A.First screen you will get EFS backup - select if you want to make EFS backup. It will store to sdcard/MyEFS
B.Flash ROM - To flash ROM you have to select This option
C.Recovery - If you want to flash TWRP/Stock/Philz Recovery select according If you want to change, otherwise it will keep existing recovery
D.Modem - SKIP this (later on you can use this utility to change modem. Right now no other working modem available)
E.Kernel - SKIP This (later on you can use this tool to flash custom kernel)
F.Backup and Mass Bloat remover
If you want to make backup of bloatware and want to mass remove bloatware select customize backup and bloatware OTHERWISE SKIP. You can use this tool to make backup of system/app and system/framework folder later on)
G.Restore - You want to restore anything you have made backup with this tool you can use this tool, SKIP on first use.
H.Odex - SKIP it for This ROM, later anytime you are using odex and want to remove it, you can use this utility
I.Customise Bloatware remover
If you want to remove selectable bloatware then select customized bloatware remover, otherwise SKIP it.
I.Mods
If you want to install Mods you can select customised Mods and select which mods you needs, otherwise Skip it.
J.CSC Features
If you want to install CSC features, select customized CSC features and select which features You needs
Avoid Trigger and workaround option first time
If you don't want to add CSC features, Skip it.
K.Tweaks
If you want to install build prop tweaks, select customized tweak and select needed tweaks, otherwise Skip
L.LockScreen security bypass - Incase you forget lockscreen password/Pattern/PIN you can use this tool
M.Push System App - You can use this tool to install any system app, you have to make 'app' folder OR 'framework' folder on SD card and have to file according their location in system. This is only tool and not to select for ROM flashing
N.GPS - Select your continent for better GPS fix.
8. Proceed with installtion and when you see finished Keep patience it may take 5min to 15min depending on option you have choose, you can click next to move back to recovery
9.Once in recovery select reboot system Now.
