Hello everyone. I have some good news: we now have Qualcomm-optimized Dalvik libraries thanks to recent Moto X 4.4 release. Here's how to get them:
Don't use ART.
Don't use the attached ZIP on odexed ROM as you will end up in a bootloop.
Download stock deodexed ROM from this thread:

Attached ZIP consists of optimized bionic and Dalvik libraries plus all necessary dependencies. I don't recommend flashing it over anything other than stock deodexed ROM. If you end up in a bootloop after flashing, simply re-flash your current ROM. No wipe needed.
