For what it's worth, I built a kernel with the head at 4df7beb (no new driver) and am maxing out my wifi/connection-- 40 down, 20 up. 40 down is as good as it gets with 802.11n 65mbps.. This is with the pure .97 radio.

KRT16S has mcast/bcast filtering and arp offloading enabled.
