Para cubrirme un poco llamé a Amazon por tfno y les comenté el caso, me pasaron ellos mismos con amazon.com en español y le enviaron un mail al vendedor, exigiendo el cumplimiento de la compra y lo que me ha contestado ha sido eso, el mail que le envío amazon.com es este:
