Debajo de esas imágenes está el enlace a la página en xda. Ahí te explican en elpost inicial como cambiar los iconos. tienes que instalarlos del enlace que viene allí y activarlos siguiendo este manual:

How install our black/white Icon Pack??
1. In the Rom is the App "Icon Themer" lool in App Drawer
2. start the App und you get the Message "Xposed Installer need to be installed to use the App" and you hit "install" and open it.
3. go to Modules an activate "Icon Themer"
4. go back to "framework" and "Install/Update" , after that make Reboot or Soft Reboot.
5. Install our "Icon Pack" from here : Black Icon Theme 1.3.apk
6. Now open the "Icon Themer" App and choose our Icon Theme, "Apply Icon Pack" and make Reboot or Soft Reboot.
