Have you tried using the alternate pattern unlock option? If not, please give it a shot.
You can do this by:
- Opening Secure Settings
- Go to the Preferences
- Click the "Pattern Unlock Method [4.1+]" option
- Choose "Lock Settings (Experimental)"
