buenas a todos, os comento mi problema, me han traido una tablet Blu Touch Book 7.0, le han bloqueado por patron de bloqueo errado, y el dueño no recuerda el usuario ni la contraseña de gmail para solucionar el problema, por lo que hasta donde conozco tocaria reinstalar el systema, a menos que se pueda resetear, cosa que no se hacer...

quien me ayuda con alguno de estos casos, cual sea mas conveniente...
