He leído esto como posible solución a tu problema:


If your still having sdcard issues after manually flashing the firmware, Once you have the rom installed, then flash the stock recovery, boot into bootloader & clear storage, reboot then check storage, then flash the twrp 2.6.1.0 recovery again!


Que viene a decir que instales la rom, flashees el stock recovery, entres en el bootloader y clear storage, reinicias y compruebas el espacio de la memoria, y por último le vuelves a flashear el twrp 2.6.1.0
