hola, a mi tambien me parece extaño...pero quiero tener amber asi que probare con la francesa...sino tendre que volver a la version qu tenia cuado lo compre...y que aun no tiene para cuando con la actualizacion...
probe con el tema de los mensajes, reconfigure apn, fecha y hora correctos...en fin.

The phone uses a time frame to determine how much mail to collect and then sync over a set amount of time. By reducing your phone's Download email time frame, you can narrow down the time it takes to sync files, or for the server to respond:
On your phone, go to Start, flick left to the App list, and then tap Settings.
Tap Email+accounts and then tap Outlook.
Tap Download email from, and from the drop-down list, tap The last 3 days.
Tap Done.
Your phone has low battery and/or the Battery Saver feature is turned on (by turning on Battery Saver feature you won’t automatically receive emails). Plug in your phone to charge, and try syncing again later. Or, you can disable the Battery Saver feature:
Start->App list, and then tap Settings.
Tap Battery Saver.
Tap to uncheck Always turn on Battery Saver when battery is low, and then uncheck Turn on Battery Saver now, until next charge.
Try syncing again.
Error 80072EFD
The attempt to connect to the server and syncronization failed because a connection to the network was not detected. Check your device connection settings:
Settings->mobile network->check your network selection
Try to connect through Wi-Fi instead of mobile network.
Settings->WiFi->Tap Wifi Networking On
Verify whether your credentials are correct.
