Esta en el hilo oficial de XDA, justo debajo de la 10 que es 4.2.2, la 11 es 4.3, pero no se si no le a dado.mucho bombo por no ser la version oficial todabia del firmware 4.3....

A incremental update should be possible but as always.
If you encounter any weird issues the first try a full wipe flash without restoring anything and then try to reproduce the issue again.
