Instalación de la ROM por primera vez:
1. Descargue la versión de la ROM que desea instalar
2. Descargar el paquete GApps que prefieras (GAppsNO incluidos en esta ROM)
3. Realice una copia de seguridad en TWRP (muy recomendable)
4. Hacer un FACTORY RESET.
5. WIPE DALVIK/CACHE/DATA/SYSTEM
6. Flashear la ROM
7. Flashear las GApps
8. WIPE DALVIK/CACHE
9. Reiniciar el dispositivo.

NOTA: El primer arranque suele tomar un tiempo... SEA PACIENTE!

Estas preguntas..
Son casi imposible de responder.. No se dan cuenta aun q no todos estamos de acuerdo con lo mismo sobre estos asuntos..? Nunca se preguntaron xq..? Bueno, se los cuento: "no todos usamos el equipo de la misma forma", ergo, no todos tenemos las mismas apps y las mismas configuraciones en dichas apps, por tal caso, ninguno va a tener la misma duracion de bateria/memoria ram libre/etc etc etc q el otro.
Podemos sacar conclusiones sobre parametros generales, pero si realmente quieren saber como les va a funcionar la ROM (sea esta o cualquier otra) a Uds. lo minimo q tienen q hacer es flashearla y probarla por una semana, aprox.

esta rom que tan bien va en gestión de la ram, estabilidad, fluidez y duracion de bateria?

Batería igual, gestión de RAM bien, fluidez bien, estabilidad media... Tuve algunos problemas con aplicaciones de GAPPS que se fuerzan cierre constantemente, luego se arregló, ahora pasa una vez cada tanto...

El .zip tarda mas de lo normal en instalarse, nada grave, solo no está bien optimizado el script de instalación.

Tiene poco que no tenga Resurrection, pero en total gana resurrection en personalización...

Noto que el pequeño tirón que se hace al cerrar todas las aplicaciones recientes a la vez va con un poquito mas de fluidez, pero sigue haciéndolo.

La reproducción de vídeos aún sigue siendo mala al decodificar en H/W, presentando lag (vídeo a cámara lenta). recuerden que pueden seguir mirando sus vídeos sin problemas usando alternativas como MX Player, configurando la decodificación de vídeo en S/W (Software). El sonido de vídeo no da problemas al decodificarse por separado en H/W, no es necesario cambiar esto de momento.

Llamadas van bien. El ajuste de volumen a veces falla. Ejemplo: En la pantalla principal sin reproducir ningún medio, al tocar las teclas, a veces se cambia el volumen de timbre y otras veces se cambia el volumen multimedia. En llamadas normales, llamadas de WhatsApp, audios y otros contenidos al escucharse al oído haciendo uso del sensor de proximidad, también falla a veces el ajuste de volumen.

Algunos de estos fallos están presentes en la mayoría de las ROMs de esta clase, dejando de lado esto, la ROM va por buen camino.

Muy buena Rom, es muy fluida y buena duracion de bateria, ademas tiene muchas opciones para personalizar :-)

He probado muchas roms y esta es de las que más me ha gustado, pero con la última actualización, el sonido por los auriculares se escucha mal, parece ser problema de cm, esperando actualización que corrija este problema... Y que añadan soporte xposed.
Por lo demás, muy recomendada.
