liberar htc 3300

Hola, he intentado liberar mi htc siguiendo el manual, pero me da el siguiente error:
warning!
a device was detected but one (or both) of RAPI comunications and applications policy ins´t enabled
use first button for that purpose and try again

Por favpr, necesito ayuda, que me cambio de compañía y necesito el móvil.

A mi me pasa lo mismo y no se como hacerlo. Se agradece la aclaracion y ayuda

Al final pude liberarla. Pero tube que esperar a que la bat. estuviese full y despues de unos intentillos me dejo. Suerte y a ver si te vale.
