Está optimizada y rooteada pero al ser china no viene con google play . Pero con el CWM recovery puedes flashear las google apps posteriormente . Tienes que bajarte las google apps correspondientes a la versión de Android de la ROM .

Exacto. La Rom stock europea con google play debe de estar al caer ya que el Mate 7 se empieza a vender ya por toda europa.
