- Download ROM

Hola, tengo un problema y quisiera saber si me podes ayudar.
Compre un E8 a un compañero de trabajo y HTC me dijo que era para emiratos arabes unidos, yo estoy en argentina y las bandas parece que no funcionan en mi pais, de hecho solo levanta EDGE.
No encontre en este hilo como cambiar la region, quisiera saber si hay forma que lo transforme en un equipo para LATAM.
