Missing in sorting

Que tal tengo una duda. al rastrear mis envios dentro de esa pagina, hay una opcion que dice status y dice missing in sorting..alguien podria decirme que significa eso, ya que segun viene hacia mi pais...
es la unica pagina que me dice eso..

la informacion es diferente en todas las paginas..
en 17track me dice que uno viene en camino, otri esta en sorting center y otro en item pre-advised..
pero si los checo en esa pagina que deje arriba me dice que los tres vienen en camino
uno el miercoles, uno jueves y otro sabado...
a cual le hago caso, ya que dos de mis 3 envios dicen missing in sorting..
