To install:
1) I suggest a clean wipe coming from any 4.4.x or stock ROM.
2) Flash ROM + Gapps + SuperSU+ Kernel of choice if any
3) Set everything up. (Start up might take awhile so give it time)

En personalizacion lleva lo justo , configuracion del status bar con fecha y hora, en el tema de la barra de navegacion solo se puede configurar el tamaño, configuracion del volumen rocker , configurar color de led de notificaciones , poner accesos directos deslizantes en la pantalla de desbloqueo , notificaciones peek, hover , en el tema del quick settings no tiene para añadir o modificar los toggles que lleva, y el motor de temas de cyanogen, por lo demas muy rapida y fluida, es decir si no se busca personalizacion es una buena opcion, imagino que añadira mas cosas como mas opciones para configurar el quick settings y la navbar como mas importante
