Hola, ¿habéis visto este otro método para hacer root a la .101?? Estoy a la espera si alguien lo prueba, no e visto nada por aquí, y no parece que sea tan complicado como los otros métodos que hay que bajar de ftf etc..
No tengo muy claro según el post que esta en XDA si hay que instalar antes una recovery:

I have been searching the forum for a guide for rooting Xperia ZL C6502 on
10.4.1.B.0.101 firmware but there was no comprensive guide to it so I
thought of writing one.
The most important aspect of rooting the ZL is an unlocked bootloader.
To check if your bootloader is unlocked, visit http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com/instructions
After checking if your bootloader is unlocked get the unlock key from the sonymobile site and
use the Flashtool from http://www.flashtool.net/download.php and unlock the bootloader.
After the bootloader is unlocked, we need to flash a new kernel.
Download the Advance Stock Kernel from http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2641695 by Gustavo RD78.
Flash the kernel using the Flashtool.
Press the Volume - and Power button to go in to TWRP Recovery.
Reboot the device from TWRP and there will be a prompt to root the device,
select yes.
Device will reboot automatically and prompt to update the SU binaries. Update it and your device is rooted.
Note that the kernel contains dual recovery. CWM as well as TWRP.
To boot to CWM press the Volume + button when the SONY logo appears and to go in the TWRP press Volume - when on SONY logo during boot.
