hello guys! i'm noob and i lost all my data on my phone. my phone is Htc One Orange 3.63.75.3 with cid ORANG309 . does anyone have backup for it? i can't use my phone now please help me. i am sure someone knows english.

You should re-install a rom...
Do you have your bootloader unlocked? Are you s-on or s-off?

Para poner rom debes poner bootloader desbloqueado y se recomienda s-off.

Si escribes en htcmania y no sabes español utiliza Google traductor.

Yo lo utilizo para escribir en xda.

Google traslator.

To put rom you must put unlocked bootloader and s-off is recommended.

If you write in Spanish HTCMania not know how to use Google translator.

I use it to write on xda.

it's unlocked i have twm recovery, and it's s-on i guess. and i could install a rom from xda. it has sense toolbox but not working.

i just wanna factory reset and for warranty and ota updates. y yo hablo espanol pero muy pokito y es no suficiente para volver a "factory reset" :D muchas gracias
