imposible lg support tool

buenas intento instalar lg support tool para hacer recuperacion de seguridad para quitarlo absolutamente todo y cuando abro el .exe, me sale una pantalla que dice: to check for software upgrades, you need to connect your PC to the internet and press "continue".

Mi ordenador tiene internet y demas... nose a que se debe

¿has comprobado que el fichero "hosts" no tenga ninguna línea que impida la conexión con lg?
¿has usado el kdz offline antes?

yo tenia el mismo problema, si es una linea en el hosts. solo lo restaure y corrio el programa muy bien.

la solucion definifinitiva es restaurar el hosts, si alguien ya a utilizado el kdz offline :-)
el hosts original es este:

paso 1:abren -ejecutar - escrben esto %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc y borran el hosts
paso 2:abren -ejecutar - escrben esto %WinDir%\system32\drivers\etc ahi ese directorio crean
un archivo de texto nuevo y copian esto:

# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should

una ves copiado quitamos la extencion .txt lo de dejamos hosts y con eso se resuelve el problema :ok:
