¿ TDT en el Neo N003 ? En cuanto me llegue el móvil lo intentaré, mientras os digo lo que se a ver si alguien que ya tenga el móvil lo hace.
Habría que usar una aplicación para android que sintonice tdt (no se cual será mejor):

Por el usb otg del Neo N003 habría que conectar un usb tdt, si tiene el chip RTL2832U también se puede usar el móvil como radio multibanda. Este vale 10€:

This is the Nexus 7 connected to a Newsky DVB-T Stick RTL2832U / Elonics E4000.
If you have a rooted Nexus 7 with kernel 3.1.10-g52027f9 (it's the latest kernel you get from the original OTG updates) and a RTL2832U based DVB-T dongle, then you can also have your dongle up and running in a matter of minutes. Here are the steps:
1. Download http://dl.dropbox.com/u/24106229/NexusDvb.rar
2. Install droidtv.apk from the rar (you can also find it at https://github.com/chrulri/droidtv)
3. Get a Terminal emulator and cd to the folder where you have extracted the rar. Type in:
su
sh startdvb
4. Make sure that all of the files and folders inside /dev/dvb have highest permissions.
5. Start DroidTV and enjoy!!!
If you have a different kernel version or a different DVB-T dongle, you would have to compile the kernel modules manually. Good luck!
