This time I present to you the rom you want to have a look and some features of Windows 8
AndroWin8 then this is the name of the rom is to provide you a good time to use rom. There's probably people who have Android but want to have a Windows poultry at home on the phone.
I am creating a rom tried to ensure full support For mobile SE Xperia 2011 (for now only neo/v,lww)

Do backup your rom actual
First Unlock Bootloader
Flash latest nAa/LupusFXP kernel
Go to CWM
Do format system
Is the nAa/Lupus/FXP kernel is there are other options but the important thing is to do a full wipe
Factory Reset / Wipe date
Wipe cache
Advanced> wipe cache, wipe battery stats
Now Rom> instal zip from SD CARD
If you want ,you can instal GAPPS
Reboot and you're done
