Error al flashear rom

Hola,

He intentado flashear la rom pues me estaba dando problemas y ahora me aparece el siguiente error. ¿Me podéis ayudar? Gracias.

¿estás usando el archivo scatter correcto?

A mi me pasa lo mismo y se conecta como puerto com pero no lo veo por ningun lado para poder copiarle nada

instalar drivers bq una vez echo tener el movil apagado sin conectar por usb,arrancar el flash tools,seleccionais scatter-loading y buscar MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt que esta en la rom bq oficial antes ay que descomprir y dejarlo al mismo directorio del programa flash tool,seguido firmware/upgrade le dais y conectar usb al movil y el solo se instalara
