Problemas flashear por 2da vez

Si, es posible que yo sea medio tonto pero hace unos meses me costo pero pude poner la rom NIAX. Ahora estaba intentando probar una rom nueva y cada vez que intentaba hacer el hard spl o intalar esa rom nada progresaba del 0% =(
Entrando al bootloader me dice:
POLA100 MFG
SPL-2.20. OliNex
CPLD-2

Lo que significa que algo de Olipro se instalo.

Alguien sabe en que estoy fallando. Cada tutorial que leo me confunde mas y es distinto pero ninguno me sirvio.
Probe todas las veces sacando la memoria y siempre sincornizado perfectamente.

encontre la solucion:

wceusbsh.sys is the Serial over USB driver used by ActiveSync - it lives in \Program Files\Microsoft Activesync\Drivers; sounds like it didn't get installed properly when you installed Activesync 4.5 on your PC.

1. Uninstall Activesync 4.5 from Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs
2. Reboot your PC
3. Check to make sure \Program Files\Microsoft Activesync no longer exists - delete it if it's still there.
4. Make sure your phone is NOT connected to your PC and re-install Activesync 4.5
5. Reboot your PC (sorry if this is a bit tedious http://forum.xda-developers.com/images/smilies/wink.gif )
6. Connect your phone directly to a USB port on your PC, NOT VIA A USB HUB!!!
7. Activesync should now detect your phone and start the "Create new partnetship" wizard.
