Star S7189 5.5"

hola hace pocos dias que tengo este maquinon de movil,pero solo he conseguido rootearlo,pero no hay manera de meterle el recovery para poder ponerle las roms.
lo he intentado con el sp_flash_tools,mtk droid tools,pero se queda sin hacer nada.os dejo el enlace para las roms

No tengo ese movil pero como ahora estoy algo aburrido ya que el mio esta en el sat te mando un par de enlaces para ver si te ayudan.

If you have any problems with white screen etc change sensor settings using SP MDT flashtool
Unpack the rar archive SP_MDT

1). Turn off the smartphone/device
2). Remove the battery for 5 seconds and insert it again
3). Connect your phone to a computer via data cable. check computer detects device if not make sure drivers are installed first.
4). Disconnect the data cable from the device and remove battery for 5 seconds and reinsert
5). Run SPMultiPortFlashDownloadProject.exe
6). Choose Database Factory menu> Configuration File data source and specify the file MTK_DATABASE.mdb
7). Choose File> Open File Agent download and specify the file MTK_AllInOneDA.bin
8). Click File and select the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt file (it's in the folder with the rom).
9) in mdt click on select "sensor and lcd" box then click on UNLOCK and change settings
10). choose this options:

main sensor (display) change to LQ053HNYP32B
sub sensor(front camera) change to gc0329_yuv.
main sensor(back camera) no change ov5647_mipi_raw

close UNLOCK box and close the sp mdt flashtool.
open spflashtool and use to flash firmware to device as normal.
spflashtool tutorial/GUILD TO FLASHING...IGNORE MT XXXX GUILD IS SAME FOR ALL MEDIATEK.

al final lo hice todo con el mtk droid tools,te hace el root y te instala el recovery(que tienes que buscarlo por hay)en menos de 10 minutos todo echo ;)

Hola rabocop,la semana que viene ahora recibire un Star s7189,podrias hacer un minitutorial paso a paso como le has hecho el recovery y root,te lo agradeceria muchisimo y seguramente mucha gente que tiene este movil,un saludo :cucu:

vale,lo intentare este finde,porque entre semana ando liadillo,pero es muy facil y no lleva mucho tiempo,y me han pasado un metodo para salir del pedazo brick que le hice al movil XD,probaremos y si se tercia hare otro tuto(aunque lo tendra que pulir alguien que sepa mas que yo).saludos
