Os traigo una nueva ROM para nuestro pequeño que promete bastante!!!!! Se trata de la MIUI v4, ya sabéis, una ROM con un buen rendimiento y customizable "hasta las tuercas" jaja

About MIUI:


MIUI is one the best ROM for Android operating system. It features a heavily-modified user interface that does away with the Android app drawer and has drawn comparisons with Apple's iOS and Samsung's TouchWiz UI. The Custom ROM includes additional functionality not found in stock Android, including toggles on the notification pull-down, new music, gallery, and camera apps, and an altered phone dialer that displays matching contacts as a user enters a number. It is the most beautiful Rom for Android and offers endless number of themes. You just got to Love it!

About my work:

Unfortunately i couldn't make v5 (3.6.7) stable.. so stripped down to v4 (3.2.22)... guys it took lot of hardworks to make MIUI stable for our device... it's fine now .. most challenging issues in MIUI are making everything work perfectly.... and that's what i see in this ROM...... hardly any lag i see... need to test games... and need to find bugs too...

Nenamark2 Score: 24.2 fps
Linpack: 39.9 (singleThread) 66.3 (multiThread)

so benchmark scores are above average..:XD

Way better than it's chinese clone "LEWA"
Multilanguage support added.. English, German, French, Spanish, Italiano, Dutch, Portugues, Turkish, Chinese, Russian, Arabian and many
only one sim icon in status bar but dual sim full working... now that's how MIUI is ... u have to accept the fact...
MIUI has numerous themes, fonts, lockscreen, messaging, dialer, statusbar, boot animations in market of XIOMI... so just create an account with XIOMI.. it's free.. and enjoy the height of customization :D
Once you change any theme or related something... reboot ur phone to take that effect...
Camera, keyboard, gallery, messaging, dialer, notifiaction/toogle window (drop down), about phone and many new things are there which give your eye a great level of comfort...
it's rooted and fixed permissions
Auto-brightness is working fine
Whatsapp working (generally MIUI has got some problem with whatsapp)
if u think autofocus in camera is not working... then u can use any of ur favorite camera app from playstore (i use camerazoom FX.. it's flawless)...
Bravia engine included
for extra smoothness force GPU rendering from settings, put transition effect 'no overshoot' and also u can flash 'project extreme' after first boot to system
FB and other notifications working flawlessly...
gps, wifi, BT, camera, dual sim, FM all working smoothly
Net speed is better i noticed
regarding memory storage ... since i have merged internal memory and phone storage (2.5 GB).. so i have no problem... dont know about them who keeps those separate... or else if u want the combined phone memory (faster performance) do follow kshitij's tutorial on mtk_data_partitioner
gapps are working perfectly
Battery calibration is required after installation for better battery life

Follow Instructions strictly:



Download and paste zip file in SD card root folder
Reboot to TWRP/CWM recovery
Only wipe cache, delvik-cache and data/factory reset
Flash zip file from SD card
once flashing is done wipe cache, delvik
Reboot to system and finish xiaomi sign in process
Enjoy MIUI-ing.. :XD




TUTOS/PATHS: (IMPORTANTE)
-GPS:
1-Primero instalamos este parche GPS desde el recovery http://www.4shared.com/zip/g7_iH6vY/gps-fix.html DESPUÉS DE INSTALARLO DEBEMOS HACER MOUNT SYSTEM EN EL RECOVERY TAMBIÉN, por ultimo reboot
2-Instalamos esta app http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=687360&d=1313239290 y seguimos estos pasos:
-Apagamos el GPS y el WIFI
-Abrimos LbsTestMode
-Lo dejaremos así --> Application Settings
Session Type: Tracking
Test Mode: S/W Test
Operation Mode: Standalone
Start Mode: Hot Start
GPS Plus: On
Dynamic Accuracy: On
Accuracy: 50
Use Skyhook: Off
Use PC Tool: Off

SUPL/CP Settings:
Server FQDN Type: Custom Config
Server: supl.google.com
Server Port: 7276
Supl Secure Socket: Off
AGPS Mode: SUPL
-Cerramos LbsTestMode
-Activamos GPS y Wifi
-Instalamos GPS Status del Google Play ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eclipsim.gpsstatus2&hl=es )
-Abrimos GPS Status y cambiamos lo siguiente --> Auto-Downloading AGPS dat -> altere para ( 1 day )
Setting -> GPS & Sensors -> Manage A-GPS State -> Reset
Setting -> GPS & Sensors -> Manage A-GPS State -> Download
-Ya está listo, si os deja de funcionar comprobar el GPS Status.
DECIR QUE ESTO AL PARECER VALE PARA VARIAS ROMS...

-Se comenta por el grupo de FB que hay problemas con el dual sim, creo que para hacerlo funcionar necesitais algun tipo de app o algo, y que además solo funciona el 3g en una SIM (teniendo dos activas)... De todas maneras no estoy muy informado de esto, yo no uso dual sim, pero mañana lo miro y os lo dejo a full!

Y decir de la ROM que la probé anoche y me llevé un chasco... El launcher dejaba de funcionar dejándome la pantalla en negro un rato, la aplicacion para bajar temas tampoco iba... Pero bueno habrá arreglos en versiones futuras, o eso espero jajaaja

no se porque dan tantos fallos las roms cocinadas,no se si son los desarrolladores o no se que,pero yo ya no instalo nada hasta que salga una version oficial,de todas formas,hay gente que le gusta trastear,por ejemplo para algunos el gps lo usan 1 vez al año,pero para mi por ejemplo lo necesito diarimente y no voy a arriesgarme a instalar ningun custom mas,aun asirespeto a todos

Estas roms que salen estan creadas por gente altruistamente y no suelen ser del todo estables.. además la stock de este movil ha dejado el liston bastante alto a mi juicio para que una rom custom te vaya a ir mejor que la oficial.

Asi que si no quieres simplemente probar y trastear y necesitas el movil a diario haces bien no probando estas roms :ok:

Habra que esperar aun un tiempo para que haya miui o cyanogenmod y derivados estables que merezcan la pena.

hay tantos fallos porque la mayoria son rom portadas, adaptadas a nuestro aquaris desde otro terminal distinto, por eso que estén mal configuradas. Yo estoy contigo en el sentido de la seguridad que da una rom oficial, pero a mi persnalmente me pica la curiosidad por instalar roms diferentes jajaja

yo tuve el galaxy note y con las roms cyanogenmod si me iban muy bien,rara vez o ninguna vez creo me dieron fallos,lo que no se es si sacaran la jelly bean,por dios,que ya salio hasta para el galaxy ACE 1

Son móviles clones, en teoría te deben funcionar todas las roms... Prueba a meterle la oficial de Bq o la stock del iBall Andi 4.5h

Para instalar roms no es estrictamente necesario ser root, solo debes instalar un recovery... No se si en este foro o en el de Bq hay un tuto para poner el recovery pero lo que no se es si valdrá para tu malata, en teoría si

tambien hay una rom miui v5, pero esta en principio era mas estable... a mi no me llego a ir bien, tenia mucho lag y algunos bugs importantes, ademas los datos si que no iban en esta rom. Para el tema del lag habia un mod...

Puff yo es que eso ya no se que decirte... La verdad es que la MIUI costo lo suyo hacerla llegar y aun así nunca llegó a ser 100 estable...

PD: We guess that u are asking for a working link of the rom, unfortunately coz the developer smoke chocolate, cancelled the links of all his roms and killed himself to dissapear from this world.
There are some "tequeremostamy" whispers telling that he reborn to continue with more roms but unfortunately once again we can't be sure about it coz they have sent us to the hell.
I'm gonna ask if someone here keeps the rom to give u a working link ok?
