Pues eso aquí os dejó el post entero sacado de xda

Description:
Below Command will disable the POWER SAVER Notification in JB Sense 4+ ROMS PERMANENTLY.

YOU MUST HAVE ROOT.

Use adb:
1. Run "adb shell"
It will become something like this -> "root@android:/ #" (if there is no "#" symbol, then type "su")
2. Type this "pm disable com.htc.htcpowermanager/.powersaver.PowerSaverNotificationReceiver"

3. Press Enter and REBOOT.
ENJOY !!!

Use terminal emulator:
1. type "su" and press enter
2. Type this "pm disable com.htc.htcpowermanager/.powersaver.PowerSaverNotificationReceiver"
3. Press Enter and REBOOT.
ENJOY !!!

TO RE-ENABLE:
1. Type this "pm enable com.htc.htcpowermanager/.powersaver.PowerSaverNotificationReceiver"

NOTE:
THIS WILL NOT DISABLE THE "BATTERY OPTION" IN SETTINGS

Os funciona? He probado un par de veces con Terminal Emulator y no funciona :S

A mi me funciono cuando en la ultima parte escribo las letras en mayusculas.
