Os comento ayer la estuve probando y esto es lo que vi:

-Menús originales.
-Android 4.1.1
-Han cambiado el icono de la batería.
-Muy pocas aplicaciones extra.

Personalmente la que mas me ha gustado dentro de las 4.1.1 ha sido la Team Union Rom, que es como esta pero con mas aplicaciones extra y menús en diferentes colores aunque casi me gustan más los originales.

También una cosa interesante es que parece que vale para todos los modelos de la note 10.
