METODO DE INSTALACION:
En Android con la ROM
1 - Copias de seguridad de las app de usuario con Titanium Backup
2 - Copias de algunas apps de sistema: mail, IME dictionary, call log
3 - Copia de seguridad de la rom desde Recovery con Backup
4 - Poner el zip de la rom en el almacenamiento del terminal
BOOTEAR BOOTLOADER
1 - Limpiar cache: fastboot erase cache
2 - flashear boot.img: fastboot flash boot boot.img
Bootear desde Recovery ----> Ultimo [Team Win Recovery Project 2.3 TWRP] (http://teamw.in/project/twrp2/130) ó [Clockworkmod Touch Recovery 5.8.4.0] (http://www.androidrevolution.nl/downloader/download.php?file=recovery_v.0.3.img)
1 - Seleccionar la opción install zip (recomendable hacer wipes antes)
2 - Seleccionar el archivo zip de la rom
4 - Instalar y configurar las preferencias de la rom
5 - Reiniciar la rom
