Make sure your device is unlocked. Grab the unlock utility here (http://www.asus.com/Tablet/Transformer_Pad/ASUS_Transformer_Pad_Infinity_TF700T/#download), under Others -> Utilities
Skip this step if you're on the .30 bootloader or newer. If you're still on the .26 bootloader, make sure to get your nvflash blobs FIRST!!! IMPERATIVE!!! See here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1901479)
Upgrade to stock ASUS Jellybean, see here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1943227). Flash the WHOLE ROM, not just the BOOTLOADER. This is especially important if you don't have access to your nvflash blobs...

Download CM10 (http://get.cm/?device=tf700t)
Download GAPPS (http://goo.im/gapps)
Place the cm-10-2012XXXX-NIGHTLY-tf700t.zip and gapps-jb-2012XXXX-signed.zip on your sdcard of your slate
Reboot to the bootloader: Power off slate, then: Power + Volume -. Hit Volume - until you hit the USB symbol, then hit Volume +.
Flash Clockwork Recovery instructions: Touch (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1926286) | Standard (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1886901)
^^ BACKUP YOUR DATA!
Next, Wipe Data Factory Reset
Then 'install zip from sdcard', 'choose zip from internal sdcard', then install the cm-10-2012XXXX-NIGHTLY-tf700t.zip.
Then install gapps-jb-2012XXXX-signed.zip.
Go back to the main menu and Reboot Now.
Upgrading builds:
Reboot to recovery
Wipe Cache
Install cm-10-2012XXXX-NIGHTLY-tf700t.zip
Reboot
or use built in cmupdater
If you run into issues outside the 'Known issues', please post a logcat (http://developer.android.com/tools/help/logcat.html).
You will need the adb binary on your computer (Windows, Mac or Linux):
adb logcat > logcat.txt
If are get a hard lock and have to reset, please pull the /proc/last_kmsg and post it after you are booted again.
adb pull /proc/last_kmsg
Please do not report on ANY known issues!!!
