.- Instalamos Stock Jelly Bean Sueca XXDLIH:
.- Apagamos el teléfono y encendemos en modo donwload (home + volumen bajo + power).
.- Abriremos ODIN.
.- Conectamos el movil con el cable usb al ordenador y al teléfono.
.- Odin reconocerá el móvil, seleccionamos PDA y pondremos la Stock XXLIH, clic en Start.
.- Dejamos que acabe el proceso y se reiniciará.
.- Pon todos los datos que te pida.
.- Haremos el root:
Apagamos el teléfono y encendemos en modo donwload (home + volumen bajo + power).
.- Abriremos ODIN.
.- Conectamos el movil con el cable usb al ordenador y al teléfono.
.- Odin reconocerá el teléfono, selecciona PDA y pon el CFROOT, clic en Start.
.- Se reiniciará el teléfono.
.- Metemos la rom en la MicroSD.
.- Metemos el limpiador de kernel en la MicroSD.
.- Metemos el tema en la MicroSD.
.- Metemos el limpiador full wipe en la MicroSD.
.- Apagamos el teléfono.
.- Reiniciamos apretando los tres botones a la vez (Home + Volumén Arriba + Power)
.- Haremos los wipes (Wipe data/factory reset, Wiche Cache partition, Advanced - Wipe Dalvik - Wipe Battery Stats).
.- Pasaremos el limpiador de kernel (Install zip from sdcard - choose zip from sdcard - Limpiador de kernel).
.- Haremos el full format (mounts and storage - format/system - format/cache - format/data - format/preload - go back).
.- Pasamos el limpiador full format (Install zip from sdcard - choose zip from sdcard - Limpiador full format).
.- Instalamos la rom (install zip from sdcard - choose zip from sdcard - archivo de la rom - go back)
.- Dejaremos que acabe de instalar y reiniciaremos el teléfono (reboot system now).
Parece un proceso largo, pero nada que ver, es mejor las cosas bien echas, que tener problemas en la instalación.

- Kernel Siyah (http://www.gokhanmoral.com/) ( Se actualiza bastante, con unas versiones buenas y otras de dudoso resultado en autonomia, probarlo es cuestion de cada uno, con bastantes opciones de personalizacion)
- Kernel Franco (http://minooch.com/franciscofranco/SGS3/JB/CWM_zips/) (Producto nacional, bastante estable en Galaxy S2, un poco verde con nuestro terminal)
- Kernel Phenomenal (http://www.mediafire.com/?7fzgpmmm932ae9q) ( para mi la opcion mas estable, con tres versiones segun la bajada de voltajes, recomendable la version medium)
- Kernel CF-ROOT Chainfire (http://download.chainfire.eu/196/CF-Root/SGS3/CF-Root-SGS3-v6.4.zip) ( aporta root y superuser al kernel que llevemos, aconsejable si quieres estabilidad con solo el acceso root)
- Kernel perseus (Perseus.alpha24.2-i9300-CWM.zip) ( El mejor consumo en reposo de todos, especial para los no jugones)
- Mi opinion es que si solo te gusta los kernels stock sin root, quedate con el que te venga en tu version, pero si quieres comparar, dejo tres kernel oficiales.
